- 1,800 gr all purpose flour
- 500 gr flour
- 350 ml warm water
- 150 gr warm mashed potatoes
- 130 gr sugar
- 130 gr shortening
- 4 gr salt
- 1 package dry yeast
desired. Place in greased pans. Cover and let rise in a warm place, free from drafts, until doubled in bulk. Bake at 200ÂșC for 10 to 15 minutes. Yield 2 dozen.
