Ingredients
- 9 unbaked pastry shell
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup corn syrup (light)
- 1 1/2 cups pecans coarsely (chopped)
- 5/8 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons margarine melted
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Combine first five ingredients. Beat with electric mixer until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes. Makes one 9-inch pie.
