Ingredients
- 9 unbaked pastry shell
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 325 gr corn syrup (light)
- 200 gr pecans coarsely (chopped)
- 130 gr sugar
- 40 gr margarine melted
- 14 gr vanilla extract
Combine first five ingredients. Beat with electric mixer until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 180ÂșC or 50-55 minutes. Makes one 23 cm pie.
