• 1 1/4 fold pastry quarters (into)
• 1 at a time
• 1 from rim of (plate)
• 3/8 lard
• 1 c all purpose flour
• 3/8 c shortening
• 3 tb water (cold)
• 2 tsp water be added if necessary
• 1/2 ts salt
