Ingredients
- 3 lentils (cooked)
- 3/4 c bread crumbs
- 1/4 c water
- 3 tb tomato paste
- 1/4 c carrots (grated)
- 1/4 c onion
- 2 tb parsley (fresh)
;salt to taste ;oil for frying Cook the onion and carrot in the water until tender, about 10 mins. Drain of excess water, then combine the onion and carrot with the remaining ingredients except oil.
