Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 baking powder
- 1/2 citron skin (grated)
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g all purpose flour
- 75 g candied lemon peel icing (chopped)
- 50 g cornstarch
- 1 tb rum
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 pn pepper
