- 2 garlic (cloves crushed)
- 1 onion (whole)
- 1 lb potatoes
- 1 lb beef (ground)
- 1 lb cabbage (shredded)
- 1/2 lb carrots (shredded)
- 1/2 lb celery (shredded)
- 1 package french green beans (frozen cut)
- 1 package spring roll
minutes. Drain and cool for about one hour. When mixture cools, wrap ingredients in spring roll wrappers. Fry the resulting lumpias in hot vegetable oil, until brown. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
