Ingredients
- 2 tab flour
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 stalk celery (chopped)
- 4 cups water
- 3 lbs potato (peeled)
- 8 oz carton sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons butter softened
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons parsley (fresh chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash nutmeg (ground)
Dumpling Batter: Cream butter with flour; beat in eggs. Stir in
