Ingredients
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 3/4 c milk
- 2 c all purpose flour
- 1/2 lb bulk pork sausage
- 3/4 c cornmeal
- 2 tb sugar
- 2 ts baking powder
- 1/2 ts salt
Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix in rest of ingredients. Spoon batter into greased muffin pan, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
