Ingredients
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 425 ml milk
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 130 gr bulk pork sausage
- 90 gr cornmeal
- 26 gr sugar
- 9 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix in rest of ingredients. Spoon batter into greased muffin pan, filling two third full. Bake at 220ÂșC or 25 minutes or until golden brown.
