Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1 melt butter in nonstick skillet over high hea
- 1/2 salt and pepper
- 8 ounce pkg well cream cheese (chilled cut into)
- 6 ounces thinly nova scotia smoked salmon (sliced)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Transfer eggs to platter. Sprinkle with chives, if desired, and serve.
