Ingredients
- 1 water for boiling
- 1/2 linguini
- 1 tb soy sauce
- 1 tb sesame oil
- 1 tb cilantro (fresh)
- 2 ts sesame seeds (toasted)
- 1/4 ts pepper (red)
- 1 pn salt
- 3 slices scallions
Break linguini in half. In a medium pot, cook linguini in boiling salted water till al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain. Combine linguini with remaining ingredients & serve warm or at room temperature. Nava Atlas, "Vegetariana"
