- 2 shallots (minced)
- 2 tomatoes (plum)
- 1 1/2 c champagne
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 c cream (heavy)
- 1 lb angel hair pasta (dried)
- 1 c mushrooms (sliced)
- 3 tb parsley (chopped)
- 1 tb olive oil
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/4 ts salt
Spoon shrimp and sauce over pasta. Makes 4 servings.
