Ingredients
- 2 green peppers (cut into)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 pounds cubed pork
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 slices tomato in (cut)
In slow cooker mix pork with cornstarch. Then mix in remaining ingredients except green pepper and tomatoes. Cook on low for 8 hours. Stir in green pepper and tomatoes. Cook on high for 10 minutes.
