Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 ct spiced apple yogurt
- 2 c sugar
- 2 1/4 c flour
- 1 c butter
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1/2 ts baking soda
- 1/2 ts salt
Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend at low speed. Beat 3 min. at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour batter into well greased and floured 12cup, 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-65 min. or until top of cake springs back when lightly touched. Coot cake 15 min. before removing from pan. GLAZE: Combine 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 2 Tbsp. milk and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Beat until smooth. Drizzle glaze over cake, then sprinkle with chopped pecans.
