Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 ct spiced apple yogurt
- 400 gr sugar
- 280 gr flour
- 230 gr butter
- 4 gr vanilla
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend at low speed. Beat 3 min. at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour batter into well greased and floured 12cup, 25 cm Bundt pan. Bake at 160ÂșC or 60-65 min. or until top of cake springs back when lightly touched. Coot cake 15 min. before removing from pan. GLAZE: Combine 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 2 Tablespoon. milk and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Beat until smooth. Drizzle glaze over cake, then sprinkle with chopped pecans.
