Ingredients
- 6 parsley sprigs
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 celery ribs w
- 2 juniper berries
- 1 c wine vinegar (red)
- 1 c water
- 1 t brown sugar
- 1/2 t thyme (dried)
- 1/2 t rosemary (dried)
- 1/2 t basil (dried)
- 1 slice onion
Combine all ingedients in a bowl. Makes about 3-1/2 cups.
