Ingredients
- 6 parsley sprigs
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 celery ribs w
- 2 juniper berries
- 240 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 240 ml water
- 5 gr brown sugar
- 1 gr thyme (dried)
- 1 gr rosemary (dried)
- 1 gr basil (dried)
- 1 slice onion
Combine all ingedients in a bowl. Makes about 3- half cups.
