Ingredients
- 12 mushrooms (fresh)
- 1/2 c cream (heavy)
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c swiss cheese (grated)
- 1/8 c onion (finely chopped)
- 3 t butter
- 1/4 c parsley (chopped)
- 1 t flour
- some mushroom mixture
Oven 3 minutes just before serving. (lf refrigerated, heating will take an additional 1 minute.)
