Ingredients

- 1 3/4 c cake flour
- 1 c sugar
- 3/4 c water (hot)
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 1/4 c applesauce
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 3/8 c hersheys cocoa
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 ts baking powder
- 1 ts baking soda
- 1 ts vanilla extract
- 1/2 ts salt
powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons HERSHEY'S Cocoa, 2 to 3 tablespoons boiling water, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. In medium bowl, beat butter. Gradually add powdered sugar and cocoa alternately with water and vanilla, beating until smooth of and desired consistency. About 3/4 cup frosting.
