Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 rolls
- 2 a prepared cookie (inches apart)
- 1/2 roll
- 2 c flour
- 2 cup cookie shee spoon flour measuring (lightly into)
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 3/4 c margarine
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c cocoa
- 1/2 ts baking soda
- 1/4 ts salt
sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 14 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of roll comes out almost clean. Remove from cookie sheets; cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Cut rolls on the diagonal into 1 inch wide strips. Makes 4 dozen. NOTE: You may want to glaze these cookies. Use 2 ounces of white chocolate or 2 oz of semi seet chocolate with 1/2 teaspoon margarine. Melt together and drizzle over cookies before slicing. ----
