Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 rolls
- 2 a prepared cookie (inches apart)
- 1/2 roll
- 250 gr flour
- 250 gr cookie shee spoon flour measuring (lightly into)
- 230 gr chocolate chips
- 170 gr margarine
- 150 gr sugar
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 45 gr cocoa
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
sheet. Bake at 180ºC or 14 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of roll comes out almost clean. Remove from cookie sheets; cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Cut rolls on the diagonal into 3 cm wide strips. Makes 4 dozen. NOTE: You may want to glaze these cookies. Use 2 ounces of white chocolate or 2 oz of semi seet chocolate with half teaspoon margarine. Melt together and drizzle over cookies before slicing. ----
