Ingredients
- 1 corkscrews (cooked)
- 1/4 cup pasta cooking water (hot)
- 3 tablespoons exvirgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons capers (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon peel (grated)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package italian tuna in oil drain
Combine tuna, olive oil, capers, parsley, garlic, lemon peel, salt and pepper. Let stand 30 minutes. Add pasta water. Toss with cooked pasta.
