Ingredients
- 1 corkscrews (cooked)
- 60 ml pasta cooking water (hot)
- 45 ml exvirgin olive oil
- 18 gr capers (chopped)
- 3 gr parsley (chopped)
- 3 gr garlic (minced)
- 1 gr lemon peel (grated)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package italian tuna in oil drain
Combine tuna, olive oil, capers, parsley, garlic, lemon peel, salt and pepper. Let stand 30 minutes. Add pasta water. Toss with cooked pasta.
