Ingredients
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 1 miso (light)
- 1/4 c pine nuts
- 1/2 c spinach leaves (minced)
- 1 tb olive oil
- 1/2 c parsley (minced fresh)
- 1 tb basil (dried)
Place all ingredients in a blender & puree to a smooth paste. Toss with hot pasta of your choice. VT September, 1991
