• 35 real whipping cream
• 10 tins mandarin oranges
• 3 layers
• 1 sponge ca
• 1 with top layer
• 14 oz chocolate (white)
• 1 1/2 cups cream until ligh fold ooled (white)
• 1/2 cup juices from the mardarin oranges with the orange
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 3 tb orange liqueur
• some chocolate mousse
