Ingredients
- 240 ml water
- 240 gr rice (white uncooked)
- 120 gr velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread up (cut)
- 1 package hormel chili with beans
- 1 package tomatoes undrained (diced)
Bring chili, tomatoes and water to boil in large skillet.
Add rice and process cheese spread; stir. Cover. Remove from h eat. Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir until process cheese spread is melted.
