Ingredients
- 2 green pepper (chopped)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 500 gr kidney beans
- 260 gr round steak cubed
- 240 ml water
- 120 gr rice (raw)
- 30 ml oil
- 4 gr salt
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr curry powder
- 1 gr pepper
Preheat oven to 350� Brown beef in oil in skillet. Add water, bay leaf, salt and red pepper. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Drain beef, reserving broth. Add enough water to make 2 cups liquid and pour all ingredients into 2 litre casserole dish, cover and bake in oven for 50 minutes.
