- 1 1/2 blueberries
- 1 egg
- 1 appearing in the american country inn
- 1/2 stick
- 230 gr all purpose flour
- 180 ml milk
- 150 gr sugar
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 75 gr flour
- 55 gr firm butter
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 12 gr baking powder
- 3 gr salt
warm with butter or honey. Serves 8. Sonya's note: If I remember correctly, this takes a bit longer to bake than what is in the instructions, but it is worth the wait!
