Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 blueberries (fresh)
- 375 gr flour
- 350 ml milk
- 300 gr sugar
- 140 gr shortening
- 18 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 2 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr nutmeg
Combine the sugar and shortening until fluffy. Add eggs and beat again. Slowly begin adding the dry ingredients. Add milk and vanilla. Mix in blueberries gently. Pour into pre-sprayed muffin tins. Bake at 180ÂșC or 20 30 minutes until golden.
