Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 sunflower kernels
- 475 ml sour cream
- 400 gr sugar
- 375 gr flour
- 150 gr apples
- 5 gr baking powder
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
----------------------------------TOPPING--------------------------------- quarter c Sunflower margarine; softened two third c Brown sugar; packed two third c Flour; all purpose half ts Cinnamon half c Sunflower kernels Preheat oven to 180ÂșC Grease 13x9-inch baking pan. Beat together eggs, sugar and sour cream in large bowl until well blended. Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl. Add to sugar mixture; mix well. Stir in apples and sunflower kernels. Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with Topping. Bake 25-30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or at room temperature. Garnish, if desired. Topping.
