Ingredients
- 1,400 gr great northern beans (drained)
- 290 gr tart cooking apples (peeled)
- 170 gr brown sugar (light)
- 120 ml catsup
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 55 gr butter
- 3 gr cinnamon
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add apples and onions. Cook for 10 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally. Add brown sugar nad stir until dissolved. Blend in catsup, cinnamon and salt. Place beans in 2 litre casserole. Pour apple mixture over beans and mix well. Bake in a preheated 375� oven for 1 hour.
