Ingredients
- 1 1/2 eggs
- 1 xanthan gum
- 1 gluten free mix
- 130 gr rice flour (white)
- 120 ml water
- 40 gr butte
- 38 gr sugar
- 12 gr quick rise yeast
------------------------FOR THE CINNAMON MONKEY BREA----------------------- half c Butter; melted 1 c Sugar, 1.5 ts Cinnamon, 1 c Finely cHopped nuts; & half c Raisins; or craisins). Upon completeion of dough cycle, divide dough into small balls (just smaller than an egg) and dip into half C melted butter and then in the sugar mixture (1 C sugar, 1- half tsp. cinnamon, 1 C finely copped nuts & half cup raisins or craisins).
Place in a greased tube or loaf pan, cover with a towel a& let rise (draft free) for 30 to 40 mins. Bake in pre-heated 375 deg. oven for 45 mins.
