Ingredients
- 9 lattice
- 4 tart apples
- 1 egg
- 240 ml dairy sour cream
- 130 gr sugar
- 85 gr golden raisins
- 75 gr brown sugar
Line a 23 cm pie plate with pastry. Combine egg, sugars and sour cream; stir in sliced apples and raisins. Turn into pastry shell. Add lattice top; seal edges and flute. Bake in 200ÂșC oven for 50 minutes or until done, covering edges with foil during last 15 minutes baking time. ----
