Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon
- 1 filling
- 1,200 gr tart cooking apples (sliced)
- 230 gr rolled oats
- 120 ml sour cream
- 110 gr sweet butter
- 60 ml honey
- 45 ml honey
- 65 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 36 gr nuts (finely minced)
- 32 gr sesame seeds
- 16 gr unbleached flour (white)
- 8 gr cinnamon
- 7 gr vanilla
- 4 gr salt
- 2 gr nutmeg
Crust: Combine oats, sesame seeds, whole wheat flour, salt, cinnamon, nuts & vanilla. Melt together butter & honey; add to crust ingredients & mix well. Press firmly into bottom & sides of 23 cm pie pan. Filling: Combine apples with lemon juice & rind. Drizzle in honey. Toss gently till uniformly coated. Sift in flour, cinnamon & nutmeg. Toss again to coat. Distribute neatly into crust, covering crust completely. Beat together egg & sour cream; drizzle slowly over apples. Bake 35-40 min in 375 oven. Serves -10ÂșC at Free Crust: 1 box (6-7 oz) fat free cookies in fine crumbs ( 1.5 cups) Moisten fingers with water & press crumbs firmly & evenly into bottom & sides of 23 cm pie pan.
