Ingredients
- 2 baby back pork ribs
- 1 garlic
- 450 ml cranberry sauce
- 325 gr brown sugar
- 300 ml teriyaki sauce
- 120 ml pepper sauce (hot)
- 45 ml unsulfured molasses
- 8 gr seasoned pepper
- 6 gr cayenne pepper
- 2 gr cumin (ground)
every 20 minutes. Close top vents on grill half way through cooking time to lower temperature, then brush rib s frequently with sauce for about 30 minutes.
