Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 velveeta
- 1 1/2 hash browns
- 1 onions
- 1 salt and pepper
- 260 gr bacon
- 28 gr cheddar
- 1 package cream of potato soup
Cook the hash browns with the onion till crisp. Fry the meat. Mix in a 13x9 inch pan. Add the cheeses, soup, beaten eggs, salt and pepper. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30 to 50 minutes.
