Ingredients
- 2 1/2 microwave safe baking dish so that they do touch one another (not)
- 2 granny smith apples
- 1/2 apricot mixture
- 60 ml orange juice
- 55 gr brown sugar (light)
- 34 gr apricots
- 30 gr walnuts
- 8 gr butter (unsalted)
the apples stand covered, for 5 minutes, or until they are tender.
