Ingredients
- 8 chicken (pieces)
- 6 chicken bouillon (cubes)
- 1 onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 700 ml water
- 120 gr rice
- 110 gr butter
- 50 gr celery
Bring water to boil in Dutch oven and then add bouillon cubes. Mix the other ingredients, except chicken, with bouillon and water. Season the chicken with seasoning salt and lay pieces on top of the rice mixture. Cook 1.5 hours at 400 degrees.
