- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 425 gr ricotta cheese
- 230 gr mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 20 gr parmesan cheese
- 7 gr parsley (chopped)
- 1 gr black pepper
- 1 gr nutmeg (ground)
Cook pasta following package directions; drain. Preheat oven to 180ºC . Grease 2 litre casserole. In lg bowl, blend ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, egg, parsley, garlic, pepper & nutmeg; stir in ziti. Spoon into prepared casserole & sprinkle with remaining mozzarella & Parmesan. Bake until top is golden, about 30 min. Makes 8 servings.
