Ingredients
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 180 ml buttermilk
- 34 gr butter (unsalted)
- 14 gr double-acting baking powder
- 1 gr salt
COMBINE FLOUR, baking powder, salt and butter in a mixer and mix until crumbly. Add the buttermilk and mix until the dough holds together. Do not over-mix. Turn out on a floured surface and roll the dough out to a 2 cm thickness. Cut into rounds or squares.
