Ingredients
- 1 extra egg
- 325 gr unbleached flour (white)
- 160 gr quick-cooking oats
- 150 gr mashed ripe bananas (very)
- 60 ml water
- 55 gr powdered buttermilk
- 50 gr steel oats (cut)
- 40 gr brown sugar
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 8 gr dry yeast (active)
- 4 gr salt
*Soak oats in one third cup boiling water until the mixture is at room temperature. Place all ingredients in the machine in order suggested by manufacturer and program for basic bread.
