Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1/4 italian seasoning
- 1/4 flaked
- 1,100 ml water
- 120 ml soy sauce
- 80 ml oil
- 70 gr nuts
- 3 gr garlic salt
nutriti nal yeast Bring all ingredients to a boil. Turn down heat and add 4.5 c. rolled oats. Do not stir. Cook about five minutes. Then set aside to cool. Form patties with oiled mason jar lid. Place on oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 180ºC or about 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes. Serve with ketchup or gravy. Makes about -10ºC 25 medium sized burgers.
