Ingredients
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 ham bone
- 1 onion
- 1,400 ml water
- 260 gr beans
- some in a kettle
tomatoes, and onion. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 1 to 1.5 hours or until beans are tender. Add okra and simmer 15 minutes longer. Remove bone, cut off any meat and add meat to soup to reheat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Randy Rigg
