Ingredients
- 85 gr pressed beef (chopped finely)
- 65 gr pecans
- 55 gr natural sharp cheddar cheese
- 85 ml cream cheese
- 14 gr salad dressing
Mix salad dressing with softened cream cheese. Add Cheddar cheese and beef. Mix well. Shape into a 25 cm log. Roll in pecans. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill. Serve sliced with assorted crisp crackers. Makes 102 cm slices Calories per 1 cm slice without crackers: About 35
