Ingredients
- 8 flour tortilla heated
- 2 hickory seasoning
- 1 steak sauce original
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 green bell pepper in (cut)
- 1 onion in (cut wedges)
- 1 sour cream cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 450 gr sirloin steak thinly (boneless sliced)
- 60 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 60 ml vegetable oil divided
- 60 ml oil
- 1 gr liquid pepper seasoning (hot)
In same skillet, saute pepper and onion 5 to 6 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add reserved marinade; heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in steak; heat through. Serve in warm tortillas topped withs our cream and cheese. Makes 4 servings.
