Ingredients
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 55 gr butter
- 32 gr sesame seeds (white)
- 16 gr black sesame seeds
- 16 ml water
- 16 ml buttermilk
- 4 gr cayenne pepper
- 1 gr celery salt
- 1 gr chili powder
Place white and black sesame seeds on a sheet tray, place in oven for about 10 minutes until lightly toasted 810 minutes or until lightly golden, remove from oven and let cool. In a bowl place flour, celery salt, cayenne pepper, chili powder and butter in a bowl. Work with fingers until the mixture resembles a coarse meal. Add the seeds, water and buttermilk . Mix until the dough is smooth. Roll the dough out on a flavored surface about 0.125 to 1 cm thick cut into 0.75 to 3 cm rounds. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
