Ingredients
- 2 blueberries (fresh)
- 1 egg
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 170 gr butter (cold)
- 120 ml buttermilk
- 65 gr flour
- 9 gr double-acting baking powder
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg (ground)
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Sift dry ingredients together and add, alternately with buttermilk, to butter mixture. Pour into well-greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with blueberries. Mix sugar, flour, and spices. Cut butter into tablespoons and blend into dry ingredients with a pastry blender. Mixture should be crumbly. Sprinkle over blueberries. Bake at 180ÂșC or 35 minutes.
