Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast (halves)
- 120 ml mayonnaise
- 16 ml soy sauce
- 1 gr ginger
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
Flatten the chicken to 1 cm thickness. Place on a broiler pan rack. Broil for 3 minutes on each side. Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, ginger and cayenne; brush over chicken. Broil 2-3 minutes longer on each side or until juices run clear.
