Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 300 gr oats
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 230 gr butter
- 220 gr firmly packed brown sugar
- 200 gr sugar
- 150 gr peanut butter
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr salt
Mix and bake at 180ºC . for 15-20 minutes. (two 9x13 pans or one cookie sheet. Melt 3 cups chocolate chips for frosting or use 2 cups chocolate chips and two third cup peanut butter.
